I had such a sweet time with the Waters family! Both sides of the new parents family were able to come in from out of town to visit. I have known the new mom, Candace, for a few years now. A couple of years ago she just so happened to marry on my birthday (I love June weddings!), and I was the lady who had the privilege of working with her at Tre Bella, the bridal boutique in downtown Durham.
The Waters family now resides in Winston Salem, and wanted their family session to showcase one of the prettiest places in town, Reynolda Gardens—alongside their cutest bundle of joy. Clint, the cute little newborn, stayed asleep for most of the session and I just love how he melted right in to his parents arms. It is always such an amazing feeling to be able to photograph new parents. What a wonderful emotion that the parents let me have.
