An American Tobacco Campus Engagement

I met Liz at one of my SkillPop Introduction to Photography classes! How fun, right?! After a fun night of teaching students, she approached me and asked if I photographed elopements. Um, yesssss I do! In fact, I love a good small wedding (I did one, myself)! I was happy that she thought of me for such a special occasion, and cant wait for her and Cori’s wedding this year.

For their engagement session we met at The Cage, which is a basketball court located inside American Tobacco Campus. It was a dreary day, and their was some serious overcast action, and it was one of the coldest days in February. However, we made some true magic happen. Liz and Cori wanted to showcase their love for one another by showing off their favorite sports teams, and at places in Durham that had some great memories attached to them. Later, we visited some Durham fave hot spots on the other side of town that I always enjoy photographing at. It was a great day.

I loved seeing these two together. Their love for one another was contagious, and I was happy to have a front row seat to it. Congratulations, Liz and Cori!
